Quick Fit is a 30 minute workout with no prerequisites.

No Barbells.  We accomodate all ability levels.

  • All Ages And Abilities Welcome
  • There will be a coach to watch you.
  • Most of what you will be doing is body-weight exercises, with some dumbbells, and kettlebell weights exercises from time to time.
  • No Judgements.  We take you where you are and help get you to where you want to be.
